Norway 2026 | 29-01-2026

In 2026, I want to return to Norway. This time, I'm not only going to Folgefonna, but also to Jotunheimen and Jostedalen. I want to capture these three areas in a different season: autumn. More colorful, more mysterious, and more immersed in nature.

Autumn in Norway begins in September, and in higher altitudes, the natural world is already considerably cooler. Misty, mysterious, rugged, and more colorful atmospheres. The trip begins in Kristiansand or Larvik and will be driven counterclockwise. I'll visit various locations: Valdres Nature & Culture Park, Bitihorn, Krossbu, Jostedalbreen, Austerdalsbreen, Aurlandsfjellet, Myrdal, Buerbreen, Hildalsdalen…And during my trip, I hope to make a wonderful hike with Stig Tronvold.

It will be a unique adventure, with several nights in a tent in the wild. I've never camped before… I want to experience that ultimate feeling of freedom and independence during my trip, hiking and photographing. The attached photo shows the general route.
